Project Stages

  • Our project consists of 6 phases planned to be 4 online and 2 face-to-face. The first phase of our project is “SWOG Mobile Application” and it is aimed to provide support and efficiency to education by ensuring active use of the mobile application during the project.In the “Personal Development and English Language Trainings” phase of our project, it is aimed for the Scholar Women to improve their English language skills along with self-awareness and self-development.
 
  • In the “Personal Development and English Language Trainings” phase of our project, it is aimed for the Scholar Women to improve their English language skills along with self-awareness and self-development.
 
  • In the “Basic Technology and AI Trainings” phase, the 3rd phase, which will take place online in order to train researcher women who have mastered the terminology of these concepts and have the skills to work globally; basic computer usage, computer terms, simple robotic coding, basic information about the working logic of computers, basic information about artificial intelligence and many technological knowledge and skills aimed to be gained will be transferred to our scholar women.
  • In the “Parent Education and Counseling Services” phase, it is aimed to provide Scholar Women with a strong profile both psychologically and sociologically in all areas of their lives. In this context, with the psychological counseling to be provided to the participants of the SWOG project, it is aimed to take healing steps against the negative experiences they have had in the past, supportive steps against the problems they are experiencing and preventive steps against possible situations.
 
  • In the “Scholar Women GAP Cities Culture and Entrepreneurship Training” phase, which will cover 9 GAP provinces, we will have information about many contents from technology to project preparation, from weaving to culinary arts, from children’s games to folk dances, from musical instrument making to silver jewellery and filigree embroidery, from city culture to architecture, from astronomy to gastronomy, from history to archaeology for a total of 11 days, and we will complete the last phase before our congress phase with seminars together with entrepreneurs who will be role models for the girls.
 
  • In the “Scholar Women Congress”, which is our last phase, the public congress, where studies on women in many sociological, technological and legal fields will be presented, will be held on a date that will also cover 8 March International Women’s Day. Thus, a bridge will be established between society and academia to raise awareness on women. This congress is expected to be the voice of many women, especially women living in the GAP region, and to make women more visible in society.
